Inner Healing Review
To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
Inner healing is not measured only by what no longer hurts. It is measured by what no longer controls you.
This phase has touched rejection, forgiveness, shame, pain, thought renewal, emotional discipline, overwhelm, boundaries, comparison, grief, approval, and joy. Some places may still feel tender. That does not mean nothing happened. Healing is often seen in new responses: slower spirals, clearer language, softer reactions, healthier limits, cleaner identity, more honest prayer. Isaiah's promise is not cosmetic. Beauty for ashes is an exchange. God is not decorating devastation. He is redeeming what once felt ruined.
Review helps you recognize what God already changed and what still needs patient care.
You may not feel finished, but some old reactions are not as automatic. Some old lies are not as convincing. Some grief has become more honest. Some boundaries have become clearer. Some heaviness has loosened.
The planting of the Lord in you is taking root deeper than your emotions may yet realize.

Father, thank You for every hidden and visible work of healing You have begun in me. Continue what is unfinished. Strengthen what is growing. Comfort what is still tender. Plant me deeply in righteousness, and let Your glory be seen in my transformation. In Jesus' name, amen.
God is turning ashes into beauty and heaviness into rooted strength.
- Where is healing already visible in my life?
- What still needs gentleness, truth, or wise support?
- What exchange is God inviting me to continue receiving?

"This week I learned that healing is not perfection; it is growing freedom under God's care."
